- Old coastguard's station is a two storey upside down ,cute victorian former coastguard station, a small house for 2 : downstairs bedroom with four poster king size bed, next to it a bathroom with a large quadrant shower and upstairs has the sitting room with smart TV and sofa, with the old watch room, having the kitchen with full cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave and view to the pinewoods and sea.
- The former Boathouse , is a single storey modernised property for couples or family , has a half hack front door and bifold doors to enjoy the outside in. It has a openplay kitchen / sitting room with big dining table seating six , a fridge freezer, full cooker, microwave and dishwasher. It has 2 bedrooms with kingsize beds one of which has an en-suite shower-room and toilet. It has underfloor heating that keeps it cosy in winter. It is also suitable for less able bodied with only a step to get in and level flooring throughout.
Both properties have separate, off road private parking , EV chargers , seating outside and accept pets.
